Our founders and core team bring 20+ years of hands-on experience across Fortune 500 distribution centers and manufacturers — Dematic, Honeywell Intelligrated, Fortna, KPI Solutions, Home Depot, Walmart, Staples, Dollar Tree — not as consultants, but as the engineers and operations leaders responsible when systems went down.  We built ServiceEdge_AI because we lived the problem. The knowledge to recover a complex automation system fast exists — in your best technicians' heads, in buried documentation, in years of site-specific experience. We built the platform that makes that knowledge available to everyone, on every shift, without a cloud dependency or an OEM data risk.

  • Product Leadership – Owns the roadmap and user experience for ServiceEdge_AI, prioritizing technician workflows, on-prem privacy, and measurable outcomes (MTTR, first-time fix, repeat-fault reduction).

  • Services Delivery & Customer Success – Runs pilots and rollouts with clear SLAs, change control, and training; aligns results to your KPIs and ensures adoption across sites.

  • AI Engineering & Data Science – Develops the on-prem inference stack and data pipelines that fuse PLC code, electrical schematics, SOPs, VFD parameters, sensor signals, and CMMS history—delivering accurate, explainable guidance without leaving your network.

  • Engineering (Controls/Mechanical/Electrical) – Integrates with plant systems, validates signal paths, and converts best practice into standard work and acceptance tests.

  • Field Operations – Senior technicians who baseline assets, prove fixes on the floor, and capture knowledge back into PMs and training.

  • Safety & Compliance – Embeds LOTO, OEM documentation requirements, and enterprise security controls into every deployment.
